Well, there's a new guy. And he's not Korean. (In case you were wondering.) This guy made it to the top of the international court's list of bad guys to put on trial.
His name is Joseph Kony, and you probably never heard of him. Among people who know, this picture is rather accurate in representing him.
He's an African warlord using child armies to show his own power. No cause, no funding, no support, he just wants to have power. There's more in the video below.
