Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go!: Soul Resonance (also known as SRMTHFG: Dead Souls in Japanese) is a fighting game developed by Capcom and published by Disney Interactive Studios in US and EU and Capcom in JP. The game is based on the Disney television series, SRMTHFG!, and contains a completely different story, but keeps the same characters from the series. It will be released for PS3, PS4, PS Vita, Nintendo Wii U, Xbox One, and PC.
Gameplay[]
Following the gameplay of Capcom's fighting game, Marvel Super Heroes, SRMTHFG!: Soul Resonance is a fighting game in which characters from the television show fight against each other. The aim of the game is to use attacks and special abilities to knock out the opponent, or possess more life than him/her at the end of the round.
Plot[]
Legends say that deep within the oceans of the Bermuda Triangle, there lies a cursed treasure that can make anything or anyone invincible and immortal. But, with a price to pay. Whoever reaches near the treasure shall have it's memory erased in order gain control of its lethal powers. Scientists say that going to the Bermuda Triangle is suicide because of the undead soldiers guarding it, with no way to stop it. Few years later however, a group of heroes known as the Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go! has been following and foiling the plans of the evil mastermind known as the Skeleton King. When they heard the news of the Skeleton King hiding in the mysterious place called the Bermuda Triangle, they decided to go after him. As both the Monkey Team and their allies head to the Bermuda Triangle, they feel a bit turbulence and then suddenly, shocked to unconsciousness. When they woke up, not only they knew they're at that place, but the group has lost a good fraction of their memories and separated. Not only it is a battle to fight against the Skeleton King, it is also a battle to regain their memories to remember who they are...
