Dark Legends Rewind is a prequel to the Dark Legends series created by Ultima. It will be released for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.
Summary[]
While this entry still has the custom combos, a staple of the series, you can also make combos with throws added in. Plus, it is the first team based game in the series. Players will choose to play one-on-one or two-on-two battles. Default team combos are active if the partners have great chemistry with each other, such as Jay and Melissa. However, you can create custom team combos for any character as well.

Story[]
Before the events of Dark Legends, Jay was just an average high school kid who goes out with a girl named Leia. Melissa, who would become Jay's second-in-command, was actually a girl in his school Jay would avoid since he classified her as annoying at the time.
Of course, Jay loved to fight. In fact, his training partner was a monkey named Charlie, who happened to be Jay's best during his elementary school years.
One day, Jay heard rumors of a fighter known as the 'Clawed Bull' offering a thousand dollars to anyone who would beat him in a 'best two out of three' fighting match. Being the risk-taker he is, Jay went on to find this fighter.
Along the way, Jay and Charlie, who accompanied the former on his journey, encountered the biggest bully in Jay's school, Willo. The encounter ended with Jay emerging victorious. He and Charlie then went on to complete their journey...
