DJ Hero 3 is the sequel of DJ Hero 2 for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U, PlayStation Vita, and Nintendo 3DS.
Gameplay & Features
DJ Hero 3 is very similar to its predecessor, in the sense that it has a setlist with more variety and smoother controls. Four new features added from the previous titles include the ability to perform one song without mashups, vocals and fog machine instruments, backmasking tracks (the skill of performing one song in backwards notation; a bit different from the "Rewind" feature), and even give different control schemes to a different instrument (example: the controls for the fog machine can be set for the turntables)

Gaming Modes
Version Differences
- PlayStation and Xbox 360 - They are the same as the features above.
- Wii U - Same as the features above but also has exclusive ones, like "Special Effects."
- Nintendo 3DS - The game requires a modified turnable accessory. It is renamed to DJ Hero 3D. DJ Hero 3: Jammin' Soul in North America.
- PlayStation Vita - Only used as a substitute for the turnable through Cross-Play. Requires modified turnable accessory if playing on this system.
! Important Message !
The DJ Hero series discontinued just because DJ Hero 2 had low sales in it's year of release, so I'm hoping Activision could continue the series with this game as the "back 'n' bashin'" game.
