It is rated T for Teen (ESRB) in North America, A for All Ages (CERO) in Japan, and 12+ (PEGI) in Europe.

The game mechanics are very much the same as Marvel vs. Capcom:Clash of the Super Heroes,but instead of a 2-on-2,the game will have a 4-on-4 team gimmick and the graphics/visuals rsemble Marvel vs. Capcom 3. Like the sequel of the same game, it has hyper combos.
