No Scalebound makes me sad T_T...

I'm glad to see Megaman X join the battle for Marvel vs Capcom Infinite. It's about time although I had a feeling X or Trigger would have made it in this game. I'm more hyped seeing Captain Marvel in. Hopefully Felicia, a new Darkstalkers character and Gene from Godhand will make it in. I think we'll get a different Darkstalkers character this time (Felicia and/or Lei Lei will probably get axed for a new or old favorite). Gene is a stretch.

What game(s) is everyone looking forward to in 2017? Horizon: Zero Dawn, Gravity Rush 2 and Persona 5 are the titles I'm keeping an eye on.

I keeping an eye on Yakuza )! THat would be fun to play as Majima and Kiryu!

And what about guest characters for each side, at least just two each from related property, like Jojo for Capcom and Star Wars for Marvel.

Maelstro: I've never played a Yakuza game but this new one is looking pretty nice. The combat looks awesome in it.

Loconator: That would be awesome if they brought in characters from Star Wars and Jojo. They could go in as DLC or secret. I'd like to pit Jojo against Ryu. Heh I could imagine everyone just losing it at gaming expo if Darth Vader or Yoda became a playable character in it. 

Also Absolver is looking interesting too. It looks like an MMO that's focused on martial arts and plays more like an action rpg.

This is what the game looks like. Supposedly you can make up your own combos links from moves that you learn. People can also double team others in battle. I'm curious if that possibility will unbalance the gameplay or not. Either way I think the game idea in general is pretty cool.

Ohh and has anyone bought / tried out any of the new VR technology? I've heard people say it really sucks you in. But it's pricey. That and... Johnny Quest, .Hack and Sword Art Online have given me unreasonable high standards for virtual reality.

I've only tried the Vive. It's pretty decent, but I don't know that I personally would use it for much (even if i have a rig that can run it).

Props to the devs of RE7, as for how decent the game is now and how much more terrifying it would be in VR

I just got Tekken 7: Fated Retribution on Friday for my PS4, I've been playing the hell out of it on my Hori fight stick.

I, of course, started out with Akuma (as you might've guessed) on Arcade Mode, and man, for a guy predicated on being so OP, he really is lacking in combos or at least they're super hard to pull off. I remember having to use MANY continues to beat Kazumi (the end boss). Then I started playing Treasure Battle with Nina Williams (the poster woman of the Tekken series), and damn, she's OP as hell in this game, I instantly mastered her combos without even practicing. Her combos and move set are off the fucking charts. I went from getting my ass kicked with Akuma to instantly taking names with Nina. 

And that's not all. We got Geese from KOF series joining Tekken 7 and HOO BOY! Blazblue Cross Tag Battle with characters from Blazblue, Persona, Under Night In-Birth and RWBY duking out like no others buisiness. All of these goodies were announced durring EVO 2017!

And hoo boy, Clarent! You must heard about new game called Hokuto ga Gotoku. Is like Fist of the North Star game made in the style of Ryuu Ga Gotoku! Manliness ensues ladies and gentlemen!

i really hope so.
